Yay springtime...

Well, mainly I just wanted to get my previous rant off of here! I feel better now that it's spring-y. Well, not today, but it's getting there!

My pen for my tablet bit the dust when I tried to "fix" it, & I can't find my CF card reader, so I'm a little behind on art. I want to do more stuff this year & I'm planning to buy a new lens soon, or possibly a flash. Next week, I get to take photos at the FBI academy, but I don't know if I will be able to post them here, so we'll see. I am definitely taking my camera to Arizona this summer, there's just so much I want to capture with photos! I'm excited. Plus I get a free photo backpack from Tamrac from work, so that's totally awesome!

Anyway, I'm just excited for it to be summer, since I only have about 2 weeks of school left! Then I'm off to Chicago for a few days! SO EXCITED! Life in general has been going pretty good lately (for the past year <3) & I feel so good just to be able to be myself & not have to deal with a lot of things anymore. Well, here's to another great summer (last year was amazing) & hopefully I can do something productive!

I'm into to many things to actually be good at any of them. I like to draw, paint, take photos, do digital work, sew, and make stuff. I just never have enough time to finish what I start! Many of the things on here are from school, even though I am not an art major anymore. I do what I can, I hope you enjoy it!

I really LOVE it! I'm doing so much better than I thought I would & it's kind of easy for me. I am actually hating my drawing class though, it's boring & we don't do anything fun.
I have a painting hanging in the Langdon Gallery at Carroll that I'm pretty proud of. It's the one with the snake if you haven't seen it LOL. I think I'll post it on here.
Taking any art next semester? I got both Art Historys (ew) and 3D Design. FUN!

Thats awesome! I know you seemed kind of worried at first. I'm glad its really working out for you. :> I'll have to check it out though! Is it for the Art and Addiction thing? I wish I painted something for that.

Next semester I DEFINITELY have to take an art class. This semester has been such a drag without one. I like my Art History class, but it is kind of boring sometimes. :\ I think I might take painting 2? I really don't look forward to drawing though, I figured it would be really boring, and now I know for sure that it is. D:
